6.1.Power on interface

After the instrument is powered on, turn on the power switch and click "Enter" on the startup interface

Enter the pre-set password to enter. The factory initial password is 123456, and you can set the required password in the system management

6.3.Pre consolidation treatment interface

This interface preprocesses the sample to ensure consistency. Except for the "loose packing density test", which does not require pre consolidation treatment, all other items need to ensure that the sample reaches steady state before executing the "test items"

After entering the function options, select the function module you need according to your needs, click to enter, and the following will provide a detailed introduction to the content and operation of each function module

6.5.Test project interface

There are five testing items in the testing project: "transient shear test", "time-dependent shear test", "wall friction test", "time-dependent wall friction test", and "loose density test"; When testing any project, the number of test groups must be entered, and generally only 3 or 5 groups can be selected for input; The consolidation time can be entered as 9999 minutes;

Before testing, different covers are used due to different testing items:

Please use the "tooth" cover test: "transient shear test", "time-dependent shear test" items

Please use flat cover testing: "Wall Friction Test", "Time Effective Wall Friction Test", "Loose Density Test" items

When testing the "Time Shear Test" and "Time Wall Friction Test", it is necessary to input the "Consolidation Time". Other tests do not require this input

Click on the desired test item, select the number of test groups (and consolidation time), and press confirm to automatically measure

6.6.1.Data management interface

When testing each item in section 6.5, the result data can be queried against the corresponding item in the "Data Management" data query If printing is required, simply click on 'print' (applicable to FT-3400A version models)

6.6.2.Liquidity assessment interface

Liquidity assessment does not require input data. The instrument automatically processes complex calculations to obtain data and determine the state of the powder

The design of the hopper is based on automatic calculation of test data, providing reference for the design of the silo

6.8.1.Fine tuning options interface

The fine-tuning option is used to manually adjust the operation of the instrument and is not normally used
